Business Development Manager // Remote position

Lazy snail Design is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our close-knit team and drive our agency’s sustainable growth.

We are a boutique brand design agency based in Copenhagen, Denmark and Heraklion, Crete, Greece with over 20 years of experience collaborating with clients from around the world. Our small-agency mindset, international perspective, and close client relationships define the way we work. We provide solutions through every step of the design process, from strategic insight to creative development to practical execution, and we’re seeking someone who can help us grow with intention and focus.

Our ideal new team member will love design and branding as much as we do, have a genuine curiosity about people, and approach their work with self-motivation, a sales-driven attitude, and a strategic mind. They will be fluent in English and an effective verbal and written communicator with strong organizational and analytical skills.

This is a full-time remote position, with working hours compatible with European time zones. It will require some international travel and flexibility for collaborating across different time zones. Compensation reflects your experience, with opportunities for bonuses tied to sales success. The Business Development Manager will have a hand in shaping Lazy snail’s growth not just in numbers, but in thoughtful alignment with our values.

Copenhagen DK
Οur new Copenhagen office is located between the Danish Parliament, and the Royal Court in Copenhagen and very close to the Slotsholmen Canal. Perfect to walk or to bike, in a charming and vibrant neighborhood in the heart of the city. This sun-filled (in good weather) and picturesque street is surrounded by museums, old historical buildings, irresistible eateries, cafes, and all kinds of shops.

Our building at Rådhusstræde 5, is an 18th-century property and it was listed in the Danish Registry of protected buildings and Places in 1945.
Heraklion GR
Our Heraklion office is located in the Hanioporta area of the old city center, next to the Venetian walls (Hanioporta, also known as Pantokrator Gate) and a 10-minute walk from the city's seafront.

An up-and-coming district in the city with a long history, where raisin factories, barber shops, taverns, and many more, was located here around the 1950s. Nowadays, is populated by artists and all sorts of creatives. Our beautiful office (which we call our white cave) used to be a raisin factory first, a shoe factory later, and a jewelry workshop, before we moved in, late 2020.
