Graphic Designer (Production & Support)

Lazy snail Design is looking for a Graphic Designer (Production & Support) with 3+ years of experience to join our team in Heraklion, Crete. This role focuses on supporting day-to-day design production across presentations, digital assets, newsletters, and campaign materials, working closely with senior designers and the wider team.

Our small-agency mindset, international perspective, and close client relationships shape the way we work. We value clarity, consistency, and thoughtful execution across every touchpoint.

You’ll bring strong attention to detail, a structured approach to design, and a collaborative mindset. We’re looking for someone comfortable working within brand systems, managing multiple tasks, and contributing to a supportive and evolving team environment.

Copenhagen DK

Οur new Copenhagen office is located between the Danish Parliament, and the Royal Court in Copenhagen and very close to the Slotsholmen Canal. Perfect to walk or to bike, in a charming and vibrant neighborhood in the heart of the city. This sun-filled (in good weather) and picturesque street is surrounded by museums, old historical buildings, irresistible eateries, cafes, and all kinds of shops.

Our building at Rådhusstræde 5, is an 18th-century property and it was listed in the Danish Registry of protected buildings and Places in 1945.

Heraklion GR

Our Heraklion office is located in the Hanioporta area of the old city center, next to the Venetian walls (Hanioporta, also known as Pantokrator Gate) and a 10-minute walk from the city's seafront.

An up-and-coming district in the city with a long history, where raisin factories, barber shops, taverns, and many more, was located here around the 1950s. Nowadays, is populated by artists and all sorts of creatives. Our beautiful office (which we call our white cave) used to be a raisin factory first, a shoe factory later, and a jewelry workshop, before we moved in, late 2020.
