Lazy snail Design is looking for a Graphic Designer (Production & Support) with at least 3 years of professional experience to join our team in Heraklion. This role focuses on supporting the day-to-day design production of brand and marketing assets across multiple channels, working closely with senior designers and the wider team to deliver clear, consistent, and high-quality design output.

Our ideal new team member is detail-oriented, reliable, and enjoys turning ideas into polished, production-ready design. You are comfortable working within established brand systems, managing multiple tasks, and collaborating closely with designers, project managers, and other team members. You value clarity, consistency, and quality, and approach your work with care and structure.

The Graphic Designer (Production & Support) will:

→ Design and format presentations (PowerPoint / Figma Slides / Keynote)

→ Create social media posts and visual assets

→ Design and prepare newsletters and email layouts

→ Support traffic and campaign materials, including digital banners and visuals

→ Apply and maintain brand guidelines across all deliverables

→ Prepare files for delivery and ensure high production quality

→ Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other team members

Role requirements:

→ Minimum 3 years of professional design experience

→ Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), with experience in Figma and PowerPoint

→ Proven experience with presentation design

→ Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy

→ Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

→ High attention to detail and a structured approach to work

→ Experience with digital marketing and traffic materials

→ Familiarity with email marketing tools

→ Motion or basic animation skills
