Lazy snail Design is looking for a branding and packaging designer with 3+ years of experience to join our creative team in Heraklion, with the option to work remotely from anywhere within Greece. This role combines strategy, design, and production knowledge to deliver brand identities and packaging that connect with people, stand out on the shelf, and capture attention on the screen.

Our Branding & Packaging Designer will:

→ Create and develop brand identities, packaging systems, and visual guidelines

→ Work closely with senior brand and packaging designers to bring creative concepts to life

→ Explore storytelling, strategy, and creative ideas that connect design with business goals

→ Turn creative ideas into finished packaging, brand assets, and production-ready artwork

→ Support the wider creative team throughout the execution of projects

→ Prepare and review print-ready documents and coordinate with printers and suppliers

→ Keep files, specifications, and brand systems accurate and consistent across touchpoints

→ Apply sustainability principles in packaging design, from materials to production choices

Role requirements:

→ 3+ years of experience in branding and packaging design

→ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

→ Strong conceptual and strategic thinking with the ability to align design with business goals

→ Creative storytelling skills and attention to detail

→ Experience in both print production and adapting designs for digital channels

→ Fluency in English

Bonus points!

→ Experience with 3D mockups, motion, or retail/environmental design

→ Familiarity with digital design tools such as Figma

→ Knowledge of market research or consumer testing methods

→ Fluency in Greek
