Lazy snail Design is looking for a creative and curious Midweight Digital Designer with 3+ years of experience to join our close-knit team in Heraklion, with the option to work remotely from anywhere within Greece. In this role, you’ll work closely with developers and the wider creative team to bring ideas to life across apps, websites, e-commerce, and digital campaigns.

Our Digital Designer will:

→ Explore and shape creative concepts for apps, websites, e-commerce, and digital campaigns

→ Collaborate side by side with senior brand and digital designers to push creative ideas further

→ Contribute strategically, considering the why behind each design

→ Turn concepts into finished assets, from wireframes and prototypes to production-ready designs

→ Apply UI/UX best practices, accessibility principles, and sustainable design thinking

→ Keep design systems, files, and layouts organized and consistent

Role requirements:

→ 3+ years of experience in digital design

→ Experience creating with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma

→ Knowledge of branding principles and the ability to connect design decisions with business goals

→ Strategic mind with strong concept creation and problem-solving skills

→ Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

→ Fluency in English

Bonus points!

→ Motion, video editing, or 3D skills

→ Experience in agile or cross-functional teams

→ Familiarity with analytics and/or usability testing

→ Fluency in Greek
