A packaging design with a touch of magic
Metamorphosis
The charmist drew inspiration from four iconic cocktails and transformed them into healthy cocktail mixers. Quite a transformation, right?
This sense of metamorphosis was our initial source of inspiration.
Visually, we tapped into the aesthetics of the roaring 20’s and art deco so as to add an element of vintage, while embracing the playfulness of the era. The illustrations used imitate that eras’ lino printing, adding an extra touch of edge and mystique.
The Charmist is a sorcerer who takes animal forms that are revealed as the label unwraps.
The shapeshifting is captured in silk printing on each bottle and you can witness it by simply peeling off the label. Each animal is inspired by the origin and history of each cocktail.
